Refund & Return Policy

Returns

You may request a return for your purchases within 30 days of delivery (timeline starts on the day your package arrives).
Do not ship items back without first contacting us at [email protected]—we will provide return instructions and confirm eligibility.
Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page are non-returnable and non-refundable (except as required by applicable law).
To qualify for return: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (3–5 business days after delivery to our warehouse):
  • We will email you to confirm if your refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to credit the funds—this is outside our control.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for size or color swaps. If you want a different item:
  1. Place a new order for the desired item via our website.
  2. Return the unwanted item for a refund (following the return process above).

Shipping for Returns

  • Our error (e.g., defective product, incorrect item shipped): We cover return shipping costs and will send a prepaid return label.
  • Your reason (e.g., change of mind, wrong size chosen): You are responsible for return shipping fees.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service—we are not liable for lost or misdirected return packages.

Canadian Orders – Duties & Taxes

For Canadian orders: Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or Canada Post are non-refundable. These charges are imposed by the Canadian government (not our brand) and will not be included in your refund.
