1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping services to all addresses within the United States and Canada. Shipping to other countries is not supported at present.
2. Order Processing Time
After payment confirmation:
U.S. orders: Processed within 1–3 business days (weekends and holidays excluded).
Canadian orders: Processed within 2–4 business days (extra time for customs document preparation and import compliance checks).
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times start when your order is dispatched (not when placed):
U.S. Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days.
Canadian Shipping: 10–25 business days (accounts for international transit and customs clearance).
4. Shipping Carriers
U.S. orders: Shipped via USPS (primary carrier).
Canadian orders: Shipped via USPS International (transferred to Canada Post for local delivery).
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
5. Tracking Your Order
U.S. orders: Tracking updates for every delivery step (check via USPS’s website).
Canadian orders: Tracking updates until the package reaches Canadian customs; after that, use Canada Post’s website for local status.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
U.S. Orders
If tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t received your item: Check with neighbors, building management, or your mailroom first.
Contact USPS directly with your tracking number for details.
If the package is missing, contact us within 7 days of the “delivered” date.
Canadian Orders
Allow an extra 5–7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date (customs delays are common).
Check with Canada Post or CBSA (if duties/taxes are unpaid, packages may be held).
If the package is missing, contact us within 14 days of the “delivered” date.
To report a lost/delayed package, email [email protected] with your order number and tracking number. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
